I am an NRI and purchased a studio suite during initial stage and it was delivered on time. It was registered in our name very smoothly which was a good experience.
The construction of this resort was with a theme and they took all their efforts and precautions to achieve that goal. The services are excellent and one of the best 5* resort in Lonavala. Rhythm reservation team members are very cordial and we never faced problem with bookings. The rental returns are being distributed regularly and on time.
The stay at the resort was excellent and my family & friends love to visit this place more frequently. The service staffs at the resort are well trained and they give us their best hospitality. This is available round the clock.
This is one of my best investments and gives the feeling of family business with enjoyment and money.

My whole family appreciated me when we visited to stay first time during the last new year eve in Rhythm. It has been made exceptionally well and gave beautiful finished shape as one of the premier luxury 5 star resort in Lonavala. As promised by them the suite are very spacious with lovely furnishings and linens, luxurious bathroom and the great sit out giving the freshness overlooking the beautiful landscaping view.
Quality of work and finishing was done with great detailing and Rhythm became my favorite place to be with the family. From the restaurants, the tasty food, the relaxed atmosphere, excellent all-around friendly service. It is un-doubtfully a great wonderful experience and highly recommended to anyone.
Having casually visited the Dubai office of this project, we were not really ready to invest and commit. However, after the site visit way back in May2013 and a convincing assurance from Vaibahvji , we dived into this wonderful concept of 'own and rent' with no hassles of administration.All we do now is enjoy our stay there and get our much deserved returns on time.
We have a Cypress (studio) unit and were lucky to have one of our choice.
Barring a few delays in startup, possibly due various permissions required from the various authorities, we are very happy with this investment as we were looking for an apartment in Mumbai or Pune to buy and rent out for generating local funds in India.
Rhythm Resitel has been a perfect solution and Lonavla is an ideal location for us having visited here previously on numerous school picnics! My in-laws and parents have really enjoyed the service and hospitality during their stay. The staff was helpful and the chef was warm and friendly and very passionate about his work which reflected in the tasty food. We loved our stay as the kids were really happy.

I was searching for a property, in Central / Navi Mumbai where I could invest surplus funds, that would bring me decent returns during my retirement. People often say that the final product is never what one sees in the brochure but this was an exception. Today RHYTHM is one of the best five star resorts in Lonavala and I am sure many other investors/entrepreneurs of repute will learn from them and venture into such projects.
When I first took my wife to this place for a short stay of couple of days, it was hard for me to convince her that we share a small part of this marvelous place. The rooms, the food, overall hospitality was perfect. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.
The rooms are spacious and the furniture and furnishings are very tastefully made. The most enjoyable place is the private deck from where you get a beautiful view of landscaping, mango trees and the swimming pool. An ideal place for morning cup of tea.
My association with the promoters, Jatia Family, now extends to nearly three years. My interaction has been mostly with Vaibhav but I have had the pleasure of meeting all other family members. They are all equally committed to the success of this beautiful project, very friendly, caring and modest
The agreement provides for guaranteed minimum 6% return on investment. I am thankful to the Group for not only paying me on time but also paying more that the guaranteed minimum.
I feel extremely proud to be a small part of this project and wish the same great success. I consider this as one of my best investment as I not only get decent regular returns on my investment but have a beautiful holiday home for me, my family, and friends.
