Client Success Story : Rhythm ResiTel®

Our journey with Rhythm ResiTel® began quite unexpectedly. During a casual visit to their Dubai office, we had no concrete plans to invest or make a commitment. At that point, it was more of a curious walkthrough rather than a serious consideration. However, things took a turn after we decided to visit the actual site in May 2013. The visit gave us a real sense of what the project stood for, and more importantly, we had the opportunity to interact with Vaibhavji, whose genuine assurance and clarity about the project gave us the confidence to take a leap.

What appealed most to us was the ‘own and rent’ concept. The idea of owning a luxury vacation home while enjoying hassle-free management and steady returns was something unique and compelling. For someone like us who didn’t want to get into the stress of day-to-day administration, tenant issues, or property maintenance, this was the ideal model.

We opted for the Cypress (studio) unit and were fortunate to get one that matched our preferences. While there were minor delays in the initial phase mostly due to the complex nature of permissions and approvals from various authorities we were kept informed and updated. Eventually, the delivery and experience surpassed our expectations.

Originally, we were exploring properties in Mumbai or Pune, with the intention of renting them out for generating local income. But Rhythm ResiTel® ended up being the perfect solution, it combined both lifestyle and investment in one seamless package. And the location? Lonavala was a nostalgic pick for us, as we had fond memories of visiting it during school picnics, and the charm still remains.

Our extended family, including our parents and in-laws, have thoroughly enjoyed their stays at Rhythm. The hospitality and warmth shown by the staff left a lasting impression. The chef, in particular, stood out, not just for his friendliness but also for his passion for food, which clearly came through in the delicious meals we enjoyed.

Seeing the kids happy, the elders comfortable, and ourselves stress-free, we know this was a decision well made. It’s been a truly rewarding association, and we send our best wishes to the entire Jatia family for continuing to create such thoughtful and enriching experiences.
